Furthermore, anticipating the impacts of climate change and future agricultural challenges, we have embarked on an ambitious mission. We aim to introduce and distribute superior, ‘patent-free’ grape varieties from around the world to Maharashtra -specifically selecting strains that are genetically improved, disease-resistant, and highly resilient to water stress. The ultimate vision of ‘Induroots’ is to empower Maharashtra’s viticulture to achieve long-term sustainability and global success by blending our rich agrarian heritage with advanced agricultural technology.
Inspired by the philosophy of the revered Indian Saint Dnyaneshwar, “The entire universe is our home,” we are committed to bringing the world’s best viticulture knowledge and technology directly to the grassroots level, making it easily accessible to farmers in their native Marathi language. Rootbridge Farmers Producer Company was founded precisely for this purpose: to gather the finest ‘roots’ of innovation from across the globe and build a bridge to prosperity for Maharashtra’s grape growers.
Our operational growth has been rapid. Within just a month of our inception, we launched two Induroots fertilizer distribution centers in Pandharpur and Vairag on October 11, 2026. This was followed by setting up fertilizer depots in Solapur (Main Branch), Miral and Tasgaon within a month.
In this rapidly evolving era, our company’s mission is to elevate the pride and livelihoods of grape growers. We strive to achieve this by harnessing the power of collective cooperation
and swiftly adopting new technologies for optimal crop management, premium packaging, and precise marketing, thereby maximizing the value of Maharashtra’s grapes on the global stage.

नमस्कार शेतकरी बांधवांनो,
‘इंदूरूट्स फार्मर प्रोड्युसर कंपनी’च्या (Induroots FPC) अधिकृत संकेतस्थळावर मी आपलेमनःपूर्वक स्वागत करतो.
आज महाराष्ट्राची द्राक्षेसातासमुद्रापार युरोपसारख्या प्रगत खंडातील बाजारपेठांमध्येमोठ्या रुबाबात आपला गोडवा
पसरवत आहेत. ही आपल्या सर्वांसाठी अत्यंत अभिमानाची बाब आहे. मात्र, या यशाच्या लखलखाटामागेउभा असलेला
माझा द्राक्ष उत्पादक शेतकरी आजही पारंपरिक बाजारव्यवस्थेपुढे आणि कर्जाच्या ओझ्याखाली अनेकदा हतबल
झालेला दिसतो, ही वस्तुस्थिती आपण नाकारू शकत नाही.
देशात आणि राज्यात जेव्हा हरितक्रांती झाली, तेव्हा अनेक कृ षी विद्यापीठे आणि संशोधन संस्थांचेयोगदान त्याला
लाभले. परंतु, महाराष्ट्रात जी ‘द्राक्ष क्रांती’ झाली, ती पूर्णतः शेतकऱ्याच्या शेतात आणि त्याच्या स्वतःच्या हिमतीवर
घडली आहे. या क्रांतीला कोणत्याही बंदिस्त प्रयोगशाळेची गरज भासली नाही; कारण माझ्या शेतकऱ्याचा बांध हीच
त्याची सर्वात मोठी प्रयोगशाळा आहे, आणि त्याच्या अंगातून गळणारा घाम हाच त्याचा खरा कृ षी-शोधनिबंध आहे!
आज शेती करताना अनेक संकटेआ वासून उभी आहेत. बदलत्या हवामानामुळेजेव्हा आभाळ फाटतेआणि अवकाळी
पाऊस कोसळतो, तेव्हा के वळ द्राक्षाचा घड तडकत नाही, तर त्यासोबत माझ्या शेतकऱ्याचेकाळीजही तडकत असते.
निसर्गाच्या या लहरीपणासोबतच आर्थिक गणितेही बिघडली आहेत. खतांचेआणि इंधनाचेदर दरवर्षी गगनाला भिडत
आहेत, मात्र आपल्या द्राक्षाचा भाव आजही १५ वर्षांपूर्वीच्याच वेशीला अडकू न पडला आहे. हा आर्थिक चक्रव्यूह
भेदण्याची आता वेळ आली आहे. आपण सर्वजण या व्यवस्थेतील अभिमन्यूअसलो, तरी पंढरपूरचा विठुराया हाच
आपला मार्गदर्शक मानून, आपल्या संघटित शक्तीच्या बळावर आपण या चक्रव्यूहातून नक्कीच विजयी होऊन बाहेर
पडू. ‘इंदूरूट्स’ याच संघर्षातील आपला विश्वासार्हसारथी आहे.
युरोपियन युनियनचेअत्यंत कडक निकष (MRLs) पाळून, जागतिक दर्जाची विषमुक्त शेती करणारा आपला शेतकरी
खऱ्या अर्थाने ‘ग्लोबल’ झाला आहे. पण दुर्दैवाने, आपल्याच देशातील बाजारपेठेत त्याला ‘लोकल’ वागणूक मिळते.
व्यापाऱ्यांच्या चाली आणि साखळ्यांमुळेशेतकऱ्यांचेहोणारेनुकसान आता आपल्याला कायमचेमोडीत काढायचेआहे.
जी जागतिक दर्जाची द्राक्षे आपण निर्यात करतो, तीच दर्जेदार उत्पादने आपल्या देशांतर्गत बाजारातही आपल्या
हक्काच्या ब्रँडखाली गेली पाहिजेत. यासाठी इंदूरूट्स आजपासून कटिबद्ध आहे.
भविष्यातील आव्हानेओळखून आपण के वळ तक्रार न करता ठोस पावलेउचलत आहोत. हवामान बदलाला आणि
वाढत्या रोगांना तोंड देऊ शकणारे, रोगप्रतिकारक नवीन जागतिक वाण (Varieties) तातडीनेशेतकऱ्यांच्या बांधावर
आणण्यासाठी आम्ही स्वतः पुढाकार घेत आहोत. याशिवाय, शेतकऱ्याला आपला माल नाईलाजानेव्यापाऱ्याच्या दारात
उभे राहून विकावा लागूनये, यासाठी आगामी काळात गावोगावी शीतगृहांचे (Cold Storage) भक्कम जाळे
विणण्याचा आमचा मानस आहे. यामुळे शेतकऱ्याला स्वतःची साठवणूक क्षमता आणि बाजारातील ‘बार्गेनिंग पॉवर’
वाढवता येईल.
मायबाप शेतकरी बांधवांनो, लक्षात ठेवा, निर्यातीला जाणारा द्राक्षाचा प्रत्येक मणी हा नुसता गोडवा नाही… तर तो
माझ्या बळीराजाच्या रक्ताचा आणि घामाचा थेंब आहे. इंदूरूट्सच्या माध्यमातून, या घामाची आणि कष्टाची योग्य
किंमत देशाच्या आणि जगाच्या बाजारपेठेत सन्मानानेमिळवून देणे, हेच आमचेअंतिम ध्येय आहे.
